We developed a desktop application that allows to efficiently manage the processes handled by MRW Venezuela, from activities such as the creation of shipments to the tracking of parcels.
Within this desktop application the user will be able to: Create parcels and visualize their information. Fill in the shipment data: address, parish, town, state, select the category of the package content, description and weight. Select if the shipment is to an agency (office pick up) or home delivery. Select the payment method and add receipts. Generate tracking number with the number of the sending and receiving agency and the number of the coupon. Generate and display QR code and tracking code. Print invoice with information of sender, recipient, package and amount paid. Cancel a shipment. Consult sent and received parcels. View held waybills.
